We have an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to handle the day-to-day responsibilities of marketing and keeping in touch with our customer base and future clients.  We want you to bring your talent and commitment to Innovative and build a lasting, professionally and personally fulfilling career.  You will thrive in an open and collaborative environment where paid time off is at your choosing but where productivity and results are expected and necessary for you to reach your potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributes directly to activities that impact Innovative's brand visibility and influence through community engagement.

      Innovative Events

    • Brainstorm topics with Director of Communication and sales team and relevant business unit leadership 
    • Manage events: select date(s); secure venue, process contracts, post events to website
    • Seek out and submit speaking proposals
    • Submit for necessary SHRM/HRCI Credits
    • Submit and coordinate tradeshows, conferences and career fairs

       Digital Marketing

    • Produces email blasts including: event promotions, compliance alerts, e-newsletters and campaign promotions
    • Coordinates all website maintenance
    • Manages all social media accounts
    • Manages marketing database activity, forms and reports
    • Posts all website page content including maintaining blog and interactive forms

       Salesforce

    • Posts all website page content including maintaining blog and interactive forms
    • Manage Salesforce system
    • Conduct Salesforce solution research
    • Creates Salesforce report of troubleshooting/solutions
    • Assists with Salesforce training

      Sales Support

    • Creates lists, reports and communications materials for prospective clients
    • Assist in formatting client proposals
    • Create marketing materials as "leave behinds" or handouts
    • Monitor incoming leads from various sources and work with CEO/Director of Communication to assign to Producers
    • Assists Service Team in creating client employee communications and formatting open enrollment meetings

Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a marketing coordinator
  • Copywriting, graphic design experience a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
